We take great care in packaging your collectibles to ensure they arrive in the condition promised. All orders are shipped with tracking. Please allow 3 business days for processing before shipment.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of collectible Trading Card Game (TCG) products, our return policy is as follows:

All Sales Are Final: To maintain the integrity of our inventory and prevent card tampering, we generally do not accept returns.

Tamper Prevention: We cannot accept returns on any factory-sealed products (Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Packs, etc.) once the original shrink-wrap or seal has been broken or altered.

Case-by-Case Exceptions: Returns or partial refunds are only considered if there was an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was sent) or if the item's condition significantly differs from the listing description.

Claims: If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us at goodpoketcg@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and the item in question.
